Why Anvil

Declarative

Resources, tables, forms, actions and widgets are plain PHP classes. Anvil derives routes, navigation, permissions and the UI from them.

Secure by default

Deny by default, public UUIDs instead of internal ids, enforced tenant isolation, a strict Content Security Policy and a tamper evident audit log.

Multi-tenant

Tenant isolation is built into every query. Users can belong to several tenants and switch between them.

Workflows and tasks

State machines per record, tasks with an inbox, deadlines and four-eyes approvals – configurable per tenant.
