Upgrading to 0.4.0

Upgrading from 0.3.x. Release date: November 4, 2026

Breaking changes

None in the API of Anvil, and no migrations. Check these changes of behaviour:

Search of selects: a searchable select now matches every word of the term separately, split at spaces and commas. Before, the whole term had to be contained as one string, so searches can find more records.
Deleting a record: its open tasks are cancelled, including tasks of your application with the subject and record_id of the record. Notifications lose their link to it.
Update composer.json: ^0.3 does not include 0.4, change it to ^0.4.
